Welcome to Revon Concept!

I'm glad you're here. Discover interior ideas that combine natural materials, timeless design, and personal touches. Get inspired and find new ideas to make your home a place where you feel completely at ease.
At the heart of my concept is the idea of developing individual interior design concepts for the different rooms and areas of your home. To do this, I will curate suitable furniture, home accessories, and special one-of-a-kind pieces from various sources and offer them for purchase here in the shop starting November 15. For the coming year, I also hope to design my own products and further bring my personal design vision to life.
Here I would like to introduce you to my project: a cozy living and reading area that combines Scandinavian lightness with the charm of classic architecture. I will show you how warm wood tones, soft sage green, and natural materials come together, and how selected furniture and thoughtful details create a personal retreat. Follow me through my interior concept and discover the ideas behind the room design.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION & ROOM TYPE
Type: Open living and reading area in a Scandinavian neoclassical style
Important architectural features: A full-height, large arched window in the center, flanked by two tall rectangular windows, white wall paneling and decorative moldings, dark walnut parquet flooring in a herringbone pattern, and a French balcony door on the right.
ROOM LAYOUT & ZONING
A cozy, elegant living room in the Scandinavian style with an impressive white, three-part Art Nouveau Palladian window that extends from above the bench to the ceiling. Two tall white side windows are at the same height. The windows offer an exceptionally clear, sharp view of a river landscape with bare trees and urban buildings under a blue-gray morning sky. No frost, but a typical winter day in November.
Central focal point: Below the central Palladian arch is a built-in wooden window seat with two column-like support elements. On the wooden base lies a long, custom-made, mattress-thick seat cushion made of oat-beige linen with black piping. On the left and right is a square decorative cushion with a modern, abstract geometric pattern in green. A soft, sage-green wool blanket with long, color-coordinated fringes lies loosely over it.
Interior shot of an elegant Scandinavian room with a tall arched window niche. In the niche stands a low, built-in daybed. The central arched window frame starts far down and reaches high above the bench. The top edge of the seat cushion is low and aligned flush with the top edges of the side stools and seating. The glazing of the arched window clearly overhangs the bench and opens up a generous view behind it. Soft daylight and detailed interior architecture.
Left area, with altered room flow: The room opens seamlessly on the left to an adjacent living area. A closed wall partition is omitted. On the remaining wall section immediately next to the left window stands a narrow, tall, single-door accent cabinet with a ribbed wooden surface. A dark, ribbed wooden chest of drawers holds a record player. In addition, there is a minimalist abstract artwork in plum and neutral tones, as well as a slim floor lamp with a silver or brass-colored dome shade that radiates warm light. Next to it stands a stacked stool made of beige velvet with a silver-colored metal base.
On the left windowsill stands a group of three small, hand-painted Swedish canal houses made of ceramic. The houses are sage green, pastel blue, and bright white. Through their tiny windows, warm candlelight seems to shine from the inside. A small potted plant and two simple candle holders complete the windowsill.
Right area: A sculptural armchair made of sage-green velour leather with thick, rounded, floating-looking cushions and a frame made of polished chrome. Over it lies a thick, dark green blanket with a cable knit pattern. Next to it stands a small, dark, terracotta-colored wooden side table with a modern espresso cup and saucer. The cylindrical cup features a colorful, kaleidoscopic pattern of overlapping circles and geometric shapes in teal, red, yellow, and blue. On the table also lies the book "The Interior Design Handbook" by an unknown author.
Behind the armchair, in the right paneled wall, is a full-height glazed balcony door. It is arranged symmetrically to the right of the central arched window niche and picks up the traditional white wood design of the room.
On the right windowsill stands a festive, colorful alternative to the classic Advent wreath: a long, white speckled ceramic tray with four tall, burning taper candles. Each candle is designed with stripes in sage green, white, light blue, and soft mustard yellow. The arrangement creates a calm, cozy atmosphere.
Connecting floor element: On the dark Chevron/herringbone wooden floor lies an irregularly shaped, beige rug with a textured, three-dimensional ribbed structure.
COLOR & MATERIAL CONCEPT
Walls and moldings: Off-white or warm alabaster with a matte surface. Classic wall moldings continue into the adjacent open area.
Wood surfaces: Dark-stained oak or walnut parquet flooring in a herringbone pattern, which transitions seamlessly into the adjacent room. The base of the windowsill consists of warm oak in a medium shade.
Accent colors: Muted sage green, olive green, warm brass, as well as terracotta and amber-colored wood tones.
LIGHTING & STYLING
Lighting: Warm, atmospheric light from a slim brass floor lamp near the open passage. Natural daylight falls through the mullioned windows.
Decorative details: Tastefully arranged objects in the single-door cabinet, small green plants on the windowsills, ceramic candle holders, and soft, textured cushions.
Architectural features: A central window, flanked by two tall rectangular windows, white wall paneling and moldings, dark walnut parquet flooring in a herringbone pattern, as well as a French balcony door on the right.
